Common questions
Before you hire
Based in Thomastown. RJL quotes deployment to your site location.
Do I need mains power or site Wi-Fi?
STEALTH is designed for off-grid deployment using solar and battery power and a 4G connection. RJL checks solar exposure and mobile signal when scoping the site.
Is Magic Keys access included?
Yes. Every tier includes Magic Keys portal access for authorised users. RJL confirms which camera views and controls are available for the installed configuration.
Can one PTZ camera cover two areas at once?
A PTZ camera points in one direction at a time. Continuous coverage of a second critical area may need an additional fixed camera.
How long is footage kept?
The microSD card records locally using the agreed continuous or event-based profile. Retention depends on the supplied card, bitrate, activity and overwrite settings.
Can RJL arrange staffed monitoring?
Staffed alarm monitoring and patrol response are available as separately quoted services.
