Free on-site maintenance report
Find the faults before they shut your gate.
RJL inspects every gate, boom gate, bollard and access point on your site, free of charge, and gives you a written report with photos and a priority for every fix, so you can plan and budget instead of paying emergency rates.
What we inspect
Every moving part. Every safety system.
- Automated sliding, swing and cantilever gates
- Boom gates, tyre spikes and bollards
- Gate motors, controls, safety beams and loops
- Access control, intercoms, keypads and Wiegand readers
- Tracks, wheels, hinges, posts and fencing
- Signage, line marking and pedestrian separation
See what you get
A written report with photos, not a verbal “all good”.
Example of an RJL monthly maintenance report. Client details removed.
Why it matters
A planned service costs less than an emergency call-out.
Most gate breakdowns come from wear that a service would have found: worn wheels, failing gearboxes, loose hinges, dead batteries and safety devices out of adjustment. RJL already runs preventative maintenance contracts for commercial sites and owners corporations, with monthly reporting like the example above.

Frequently asked questions
Useful answers before you contact the team.
Is the on-site report really free?
Yes. RJL inspects your gates, boom gates, bollards and access points on site and gives you a written report at no charge.
What does the report include?
A status for every asset (operational, partial service, attention required or out of service), what each fault means on site, a priority for each recommended action, photos of what we found, and a suggested service schedule.
Do I have to sign a maintenance contract?
No. The report is yours to keep. If you want RJL to look after the site, we will propose a maintenance plan built around the report.
Who is it for?
Commercial and industrial sites, owners corporations and body corporates, schools, councils and multi-site portfolios.
