⚡ Rapid Response Call-Out Fee
Our Rapid Response Call-Out Fee is:
$599.00 (Plus GST) – this includes dispatch and the first 30 minutes on-site.
After the initial 30 minutes, work is charged at $150.00 +GST per hour, per technician.
Terms & Conditions – Rapid Response Arrival
Our under 2-hour Rapid Response arrival guarantee applies only to locations within 30km of Thomastown, Melbourne.
Response times are measured from the time your call is confirmed with our dispatch team.
Travel distances are calculated from Thomastown, Melbourne to the client’s site.
Response times may be affected by traffic conditions, weather events, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For sites located outside the 30km radius, arrival times will be advised at the time of booking.
Standard Rapid Response call-out fees and hourly rates apply.
