Scope of Work

Our team managed the complete perimeter upgrade for the resort’s main entrance, which included:

• Two 15-Meter Cantilever Gates:
  We custom-fabricated and installed two massive 15-meter cantilever sliding gates, designed for high traffic and commercial durability. These gates offer smooth operation, long-term reliability, and robust security, making them ideal for resort environments where controlled access is essential.

• 2x Double Gate Sets:
  Multiple sets of double gates were also installed to accommodate secondary vehicle access points, service areas, and operational flexibility across the property.

• Full Front Boundary Fencing:
  We installed the entire front boundary fencing with Custom made roc top fencing panels, designed to complement the gates while enhancing both the security and aesthetic appeal of the entrance.

• Electrical & Automation Infrastructure:
  Over 2 kilometers of underground cabling was laid to power the gate automation systems, control panels, and safety sensors — all integrated for seamless operation and compliance with safety standards.

• Excavation & Footings:
  Our team conducted all necessary excavation and poured deep reinforced concrete footings to support the large cantilever gates, ensuring long-term stability under continuous use.
